AIPPEN Expression of interest survey for All Together Better Health (5th) 2010

Preliminary discussions are underway between AIPPEN and InterED with a view to hosting the 5th All Together Better Health international meeting in Australia or New Zealand in 2010.

In order to move this plan forward AIPPEN is keen to establish the level of interest for attending this meeting and preferred venue and timing.

AIPPEN would be most grateful if you would complete the survey questionnaire and add any comments or suggestions. It only takes 5 minutes to fill out! The final 2 questions must have some answer so just write 'none' in the boxes if you have no comment.
